SELAH HOUSE COUNSELING
A Refuge from Life's Storms

The most beautiful people we have known are those who have known defeat, known suffering, known struggle, known loss, and have found their way out of those depths.

WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR VISIT
Walking alongside you on your journey
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Child Mental Health Specialist in Washington State. I counsel people ages two to hundred in aspects of their lives from creating a strong parent/infant bond to adolescent struggles to saying goodbye at life's end. I see individuals, children, adolescents, couples, and families.
My approach is all about the whole-person. I take into consideration one's physical health, social, spiritual and cultural issues as well as mental and emotional well-being. Your course of counseling is set-up to meet your individual situation, needs, and goals. This is your journey. I come alongside you to help ease the burden, encourage you to keep going, and give you a place to rest when you are weary.
I am a mother of three neurodivergent children, including autistic twins, and step-mother of two wonderful now young adults, a devoted wife and a working professional. My life gives me insight into blended families, parenting multiples, the teen years, stress, post-partum issues, child developmental issues, trying to balance life, finances, jobs, marriage, and sense of self.
